Encore Retreat 2011

Encore's 2011 Company Retreat was a smashing success - full of learning opportunities, recognition for hard work, and of course, a ton of fun! Thank you to everyone who attended and to the team that worked so hard to orchestrate this amazing event!

When the awards portion of the retreat began, Ivo showed appreciation for the people "behind the scenes" that make Encore run.

Important awards first. Fantasy Football! Gregg's "Ghost of David Carr" was a top 5 team.

Ivo's "Guiness Stouts" finished at the top.

Jenn's Cheeky Winkie's earned 2nd place!

Tricia got the "golden chicken" award for her stellar last place performance.

David received special recognition for being the best Commish (the only Commish, but the best too).

Iris was recognized for her super-human performance for one of our clients.

Jill received a "Lone Ranger" award for functioning as an entire team all by herself!

Vickie was recognized for the amazing work she does in accounting.

The choice for our innovation award was so obvious! Mike was the shoo-in for his outstanding work in our solutions group.

Our CEO award went to Julie - we can't say enough about what she's accomplished during her time at Encore.

Following dinner and awards, the dance floor opened and Encorians blew off a little steam together!
