For the last seven years, he has developed healthcare businesses in Asia Pacific, Europe and the Middle East. This broad, global experience has allowed him to understand each unique market and link the common threads of healthcare solutions and skills across the world.

Chief Executive Officer

Ms. Sellers' interests focus on the importance of effective governance and the value of health analytics in transforming healthcare.  She has over 25 years experience with healthcare, technology and consulting.  Ms. Sellers works with healthcare providers across the U.S., helping them bring about change through improved processes, enabling technology and the insights that come from business intelligence.

Chief Financial Officer

A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Austin brings over 30 years of financial services and healthcare executive experience to Encore. His extensive experience includes ten years with Big 4 accounting firms, growing a start-up consulting company and serving as a healthcare business development executive for a Fortune 15 company. Mr. Austin has served as Chief Financial Officer for organizations with annual operating budgets ranging from $16 - $60 million.
