Karen Knecht, RN

Karen Knecht has over 28 years of healthcare operations and healthcare technology experience.  She has provided consulting services for provider healthcare organizations, assisting them in the planning and implementation of advanced clinical computing technologies to improve the quality and costs of care. Her particular focus is on how clinical computing technologies can deliver healthcare providers the critical information required to provide a safer, more effective patient care environment. She has provided these services for major medical centers across the United States as well as for organizations like the National Institutes of Health in Washington, D.C. as well as in the U.K. with the National Health Service and in Singapore with SingHealth. Additionally, she has been instrumental in developing and supporting the methodologies and tools in support of these projects and Enterprise Health Analytics.
