Encore’s Data Academy™ is our company’s internal training program to keep staff up-to-date on emerging trends in the healthcare IT industry, so they have the skills and knowledge to tackle whatever is on the horizon. Admission to Encore’s Data Academy™ is extended to existing external clients as a value-add. Encore’s Data Academy™ will utilize e-learning tools and build upon collaboration sites; build a “book of knowledge” with templates, prior engagement work, current articles, links, etc.
Advisory- and Analytics-focused engagements include the following expert roles:
- Facilitation/Program Lead
- Project Management
- Data Validation
- Vendor Specific broad expertise (orders, clinical documentation, report writing/management)
- Data Analytics Lead
- Quality/Process Improvement
Core skills expected of these collective roles:
- Deep and broad understanding of provider and/or payor operational processes
- Senior level experience with clinical data gathering, analysis, interpretation
- Large scale, disciplined project management – demonstrated use of tools
- Analytical thinking vs task driven
- Clinician: Hospital or Ambulatory Operations Management experience
- Exceptional MS Office skills – PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio
- Experience using Data Management tools
- Quality Performance Management; Midas, etc.
