Steve Edison brings more than 30 years of information technology and business development leadership experience in the healthcare field to his role as Partner, Client Services West.  He has a strong record of contributing value tied to organizational business goals and has significant expertise is the area of enterprise IT solutions and sales management.  Steve’s areas of specialization also include customer relations, decision support, sales and marketing, staffing, finance, strategic planning, information security, and system integration.

Service Line Leader, Clinical Advisory

Linda has over 35 years of experience in healthcare consulting, informatics, clinical and consulting operations improvement, and quality outcomes.  She has demonstrated results in reducing cost and cycle time by 33% in EMR implementations.  Her consulting expertise includes: ARRA readiness, clinical outcomes and performance improvement, patient safety, CPOE, clinical process re-design, benefits identification and realization, disease management, project management, operations, leadership and team building.  Linda has a strong clinical background, coupled with payer, provider and regulatory experience, and augmented by graduate business training which allow her to offer unique insight and provide creative solutions in a rapidly changing health care environment.

Service Line Leader, Healthcare IT Strategy

Paul has over 20 of experience in Operations, Information Management and IT consulting in a variety of settings. Paul has supported clients in a wide range of consulting engagements including IT Strategic Planning, IT Operations Planning, Systems Vendor Selection, Implementation Oversight and Contract Negotiations. Paul’s depth of experience in vendor selection extends across both clinical and financial/ administrative systems and in a wide range of provider settings.

Service Line Leader, Epic

Chris Wierz, MBA, BSN, RN has over 30 years of healthcare experience, including 20 years in healthcare information technology.  Her extensive HIT expertise includes strategic and business planning, systems implementation, developing executive and physician relationships, project management, contract negotiations, and a proven track record of “hands on” implementation experience with clinical and revenue cycle systems, especially Epic, across a variety of healthcare organizations. 

Service Line Leader, Cerner

Cathy has more than 29 years of combined experience in information systems, health care operations, hospital administration, nursing management, consulting, analytics, and clinical expertise.  She has led progressive healthcare initiatives, strategy, systems analysis, business intelligence, software implementation, and enterprise-wide process redesign and transformation in community, IDN, ambulatory and academic settings.  Her consulting expertise also includes interim IT leadership roles at the Director, Senior Director, and Vice President levels for Administrative and Clinical Systems.
