Bill is an experienced healthcare IT professional with over 26 years of healthcare experience.  His background includes strategy and implementation project experience across a wide range of organizations and vendor products and experience in both outsourcing and line management.  His team-oriented, customer-focused style has helped him deliver over $35M in consulting engagements.  Prior to joining Encore, Bill’s work experience includes executive and leadership positions with IBM, Healthlink, and HBO & Company.
