Christine Hutchison has over 15 years of staffing and recruiting experience, 11 in the field of healthcare information technology.  Her areas of specialty include recruiting, candidate sourcing, acquisitions, application tracking systems, and leadership.  Prior to joining Encore as one of the founding team members, Christine served as Recruiting Manager at HealthBPM; Director of Talent Sourcing at Resource Global Professionals; Healthcare Industry Operations Specialist at IBM; Recruiting Manager at Healthlink; and Orientation Representative at Administaff.
